Does it count as an upskirt if she is lifting the dress on purpose?

I know she wants everyone to think it is the wind but when you are holding your dress up and smiling for the camera it makes it very obvious she wants that shot to be taken.

This woman needs a good smack in the head and a trip to a drug rehab center that offers they leave clean or dead and if she makes it out of there she needs to immediately be put into a psychiatric ward and given a year of intense treatment including shock therapy to teach her that this kind of stuff shouldn't be happening.

Upskirts can and will happen but they should not be intentional as Lindsay and Paris have been making them just so they can be in the spotlight. Get a life of your own woman and stop trying to make it into ours. Your singing sucks and your acting is worse. Get out while you still have just a smidgen of dignity from the films you made when you were not a drug addict, attempted murder, psycho.

I dont really give a shit. As long as I can see "up the skirt" it's a "upskirt" to me! Lifting the dress does take away some of the voyeuristic pleasures thought...
